PMSAC delegate’s micro planning to colleges; however, policy guidelines are provided to college leaders and managers to ensure quality and smooth functioning of institutions. College working hour/ bell timing, hardcore curriculum content and other guidelines concur with the border framework followed in both public and private colleges and period allocation for core/ non core subjects, keeping in consideration the educational parameters and suitable conditions. The contents of PMSAC management and facilitation booklet are revised and updated annually on PMSAC websites and Management and Information system (MIS) to be shared with stakeholders.
