Sadia Ateeq is a long-time member of the PMEN community, having first stepped foot into Boys 1 as a teacher. She has devoted more than two decades of her life to this establishment. Over her twenty years at PMEN, Sadia’s career trajectory has seen her grow from a teacher to a Head Mistress and ultimately to a Principal. She has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Academic Council too. She has assumed the role of a trainer and a resource person for many Summer workshops throughout her tenure and has had an active voice for the PMEN group. Since its initiation in 2015, she has been a constant force in organizing the Summer Carnival. She was even found instrumental in the innovation of the Foundational Booklets that enabled remote learning for students. She has actively represented PMEN in its collaborations with prominent entities, including Oxford University Press, Seeds International, Nestle and Franklin Covey. Her tenure has seen successes, including ISA awards in 2017 and 2021. Sadia was promoted as Head Mistress in 2012 and became Acting Principal from 2013-2016. She has also served as a principal in Boys 4 before being transferred to Boys I as Principal. She presides as Principal at Girls 5 and has been serving as Hidayah’s Academic Council Chairperson since April 2022. Sadia strives to thrive in her national and international academic stages. She encourages students to keep excelling in academics.
